About us

The Ground and Construction Unit consists of about 10 dedicated employees. We work both strategically and operationally with the development, planning, and execution of contracts in our own management. About the role

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of our construction projects in our own management. You plan, follow up, and ensure that production maintains high quality and is carried out safely and efficiently. You work closely with clients, technical managers, machine operators, and construction workers – and are an important link between planning and execution.

Your main tasks:

Plan and lead the daily work in ongoing projects
Ensure that work is performed according to applicable regulations for work environment, safety, and environment
Follow up on production time, quality, and economy
Participate in cost estimation and production planning
Contribute to good communication and team spirit in the workplace

About you

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the ground and construction industry, preferably as a team leader. You have relevant construction technical education or equivalent competence and good knowledge of AMA, MER, and BAS-U.

You are engaged, clear, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in people and the work environment. Your leadership is characterized by respect and care – you help others grow and thrive in their work.

Requirements:

Experience from ground and construction projects
Knowledge of AMA, MER, and BAS-U
Driver's license B
Work on roads
